Cancellation/Refund PolicyDue to the nature of our work and the fact that orders are begun almost immediately, we allow 24 hours for order cancellations at this time. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours. Please contact us directly if you have any problems with your order.

What do I need to know about custom and personalized orders?Please message us prior to ordering to check and see that we can accomodate your request. Please keep in mind that due to individual computer monitors, cell phone screens, tablet screens, etc. colors may vary slightly from what you see in listing photos.

What is your damage policy?Unfortunately sometimes things can be damaged in transit. We do our best to package orders carefully to avoid this from happening. However, If your order arrives damaged, we request that you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier and will be unable to accept responsibility for the damages. Once you've notified us that the item was damaged, we will file a claim with the shipper. We may need your assistance to have the package picked up by UPS or brought into USPS for inspection. Once this is completed, a replacement will be sent out.

Shipping PolicyOur processing time does vary, but can average between 2-4 weeks, depending on the item. Once the package leaves our hands, delivery time will vary between 3-7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery based on the courier. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees that may incur.
